Malignant Mesothelioma International Symposium June 27 in Washington, DC

2009 International Symposium on malignant mesothelioma will be held Thursday, June 25 until Saturday, June 27 in Washington, DC, at the Omni Shoreham Hotel. The event is organized by the Applied Research Foundation Mesothelioma and mesothelioma with international experts, patients, caregivers and advocates.
Specialists participating in the three-day symposium will update the attendees on the latest developments in treatment, research and clinical trials, and each day a different theme.
One day focuses on the promotion, noting the importance of communication with the leaders on the need for federal funding for mesothelioma research and the prohibition of the use of asbestos. The theme for the second day is "Renewing the Spirit," and will address the issues of support.
