Five schools in Arizona are fined $35,700 because Asbestos violations. They are Phoenix Advantage Charter School, The Arts Academy at Estrella Mountain and South Mountain, The Hearn Academy, the Tucson Preparatory School, and the AAEC at Paradise Valley, South Mountain, and Red Mountain recently have been fined by The EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) for not pay attention to asbestos exposure to their student. EPA Found that the schools not have a good asbestos management plans to protect the students form asbestos exposure that can cause Mesothelioma.
